Banana Almond Chia Smoothie

For this yummy smoothie, you will need:

  • 1 cup of regular, unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tbsps of unsweetened almond butter
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 3-4 pitted dates,
  • A bit of cinnamon.

First, pour your almond milk into a blender and then add the chia seeds, letting them sit in the milk for 5-10 minutes. Then, add the rest of the ingredients into a blender and blend until you get a smooth consistency.

Tip: If you like your smoothies extra cold, add a cube or two of ice.
