You will need:
- 200 gr. of peeled and finely chopped ginger
- 20 gr. of sugar
- 450 ml of filtered water
- 120 ml of mineral water
- 1 lemon slice
- A little bit of organic honey
- Several drops of lime juice
Boil the filtered water in a large pot and add the ginger. After that lower the heat and cook it for a few minutes more. Let it cool down for about 20 minutes and strain the liquid.
Add sugar to the boiled ginger mixture and stir it until dissolve completely and continue with cooking on medium heat until the syrup starts boiling.
After that mix 1/2 of ginger juice with 1/3 of the ginger syrup and 1/2 cup of mineral water. For better taster add lime juice and honey.
