- 1 cabbage, chopped
- 5 onions, sliced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 5 stalks of celery
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 5-6 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 chicken or vegetable bouillon cube
- 2 tablespoons of ACV (optional),
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil,
On a heated olive oil in a pot/pan, add onions and garlic and saute for a minute or two. Add the celery and pepper and saute some more. Pour in water, bullion cube and the rest of the vegetables, including the cabbage, into the pot and let it simmer for about 40 minutes. Done!
