  • 2 hot dogs (no bun)

  • ½ cup of vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup of carrots

3rd Day

Breakfast

  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese
  • 5 crackers
  • 1 apple

Lunch

  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 slice of toast

Dinner

  • 1 cup of tuna
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup of vanilla ice cream

After you finished with the first cycle of the diet plan you will need to make a break. So, make 4 day break and repeat it again. Cardio exercises are extremely useful if you want to additionally speed up your metabolism.  Just take a walk or climb some stairs and you will see evident results.
