To prepare the carrot, ginger and lemon juice, all you need is:
- 4 carrots,
- 1 small ginger root,
- Juice of ½ lemon,
- 3 apples.
Wash and peel the ingredients, put them in a blender and blend until you get a smooth juice/shake.
