Boost Your Immune System With This Tasty Vitamin Bomb

To be healthy, full of energy and have a clear and focused mind, we need our immune system to be strong. And to improve our first line of defense, we need to stop eating junk food, fast food and sugary foods and start eating lots of fruits and veggies and move (exercise).

To help you boost your immune system quickly and easily, we have prepared two recipes for a “vitamin bomb” that you can consume daily. The first one is for children although adults can consume it too, and the second recipe is for adults only. Both should be consumed often and regularly.

Vitamin Bomb for Children+Adults

To prepare this delicious, super-healthy mix, you’ll need:

  • 300 g of raw honey
  • 150 g of walnuts
  • 100 g of almonds
  • 100 g of dried apricots
  • 100 g of prunes
  • 100 g of raisins
  • The skin of one lemon

Take all the ingredients except for the lemon, and grind them in a meat mincer. Next, add the ground ingredients into a jar of raw honey and mix well. Finally, zest the lemon skin and add into the mix, stirring well. Keep the jar in the fridge.

For children: 1 teaspoon twice a day.

For adults: 1-2 teaspoons three times a day.

Vitamin Bomb for Adults

This recipe is similar to the previous one except for a few different ingredients. Here is what you need to prepare it:

  • 250 g of raw honey
  • 200 g of prunes
  • 200 g of dried figs
  • 200 g of dried apricots
  • 200 g of walnuts
  • 50 ml brandy
  • The skin of one lemon

Take all the ingredients except for the lemon and brandy, and grind them in a meat mincer. Add the ground ingredients into a jar of honey and mix well. Next, zest the lemon skin and add it into the mix. Finally, add the brandy and stir all the ingredients together. Keep the jar in the fridge.

Consume 3 times a day, before meals.
