Amazing GM Diet Plan To Lose Weight In 7 Days

This diet plan was specially developed for dependents and employees of General Motors factory. It was intended for internal use only, but over the years it become very popular on the social medias and among people with excess of weight.

The GM diet plan was tested at the Johns Hopkins Research Center by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Food and Drug Administration. The diet plan was officially approved by the Board of Directors, General Motors Corp at a general meeting on August 15, 1985. They decided the diet plan to be fully available for employees and families at all General Motors Food Service Facilities.

The intention of the management was to improve employees habits and diet, and GM to be better and more healthy place for working.

This program is very effective and you can lose 10-17 lbs per week. You will cleanse and detox your body, and improve your emotions and attitudes on systematic way.

This is not exhaustive diet plan and you don’t need to do intensive workouts. The point of this diet plan is to be introduced food that will speed up your metabolism and burn more calories than they give to the body in caloric value

You don’t need to be worried about any side-effects and complications during the diet program, just enjoy in a feeling of well being and lose your weight.

GM diet by days

Important: During the diet plan alcohol is not permitted and you need to be well hydrated (10 glasses of water daily)

Day One (fruit day) –  consume all fruits except bananas. It is recommended consuming melons (watermelon or loupe) and other fruits that are rich with water. If you eat only melons whole day, you can lose 3 lbs on the first day.

Day Two (vegetable day) – there are no limitations about the amount and type of vegetables, you just need to choose organic products. Vegetables can be used as raw or cooked, it’s your choice. We suggest large baked potato for breakfast with butter topping.

Day Three (vegetable + fruit day) – you can make any combination of fruits and vegetables. No constraints about the amount and quantity. No potatoes and bananas today.

Day Four (bananas and milk day) – your daily maximum should be 8 bananas and 3 glasses of milk. Also GM’s wonder soup is recommended to be taken during the day.

Day Five (feast day) – today you can eat beef and tomatoes. Eat two 10 oz. portions of lean beef and combine them with 6 tomatoes. It’s important to increase your water intake by one quart. It will cleanse your body of uric acid.

Day Six (beef and vegetables day) – today you may eat an unlimited amount of beef and vegetables

Day Seven (rice + fruit day) – today your food intake will consist of fruit juices, brown rice and all the vegetables you care to consume.

Next day when you wake up, you will be 10-17 lbs. lighter than 7 days ago. If you want to continue losing weight, repeat the diet plan again. If you need to drink alcohol in some occasion, GM diet plan allows only 2 glasses of white wine or champagne. Any liquor (vodka, bourbon, rum) is forbidden. Alcohol is forbidden, because it adds empty calories to your body,

GM’s wonder soup

This soup is great supplement to your diet. It can be consumed any time of the day in unlimited quantities. It is recommended to be consumed large quantities of this soup.

You will need:

28 oz, Water, 2 Green Peppers, 6 Large Onions, Whole Tomatoes (fresh or canned), 1 Bunch Celery, 4 Envelopes Lipton Onion Soup Mix, 1 Head Cabbage, Herbs and Flavoring as desired.

Beverages

The following beverages are allowed during the diet plan:

  1. Water (flavoured with lemon/lime if desired).
  2. Club Soda
  3. Black Coffee – Without sugar or cream
  4. Black Tea – Herb or Leaf.
  5. Absolutely nothing else except the fruit juices which are part of day seven. No fruit juices before day seven.
