Smoothie 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange
  • 2 tbsp. of flax-seed oil
  • 2 tbsp. of crashed almonds
  • 2 fresh or dried figs
  • 1/3 cup water

Blend all the ingredients until you get fine mixture and drink it immediately after preparation.

Note: You can combine this smoothie with dried figs, but you need to soak them in water for about half hour before blending.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp. flax seeds

Blend all the ingredients until you get fine mixture and drink it immediately after preparation.

Note:If you are sure that your apples are organic, then don’t peel them.

Ingredients:

  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 tbsp. hazelnut
  • 1 tbsp. flax seeds
